The difference in Wagyu
Wagyu beef is distinguished by having a highly marbled texture and a higher healthy fat percentage than traditional beef selections. Wagyu beef contains a higher percentage of healthy omega acids that have a low melting point. The combination of marbalization and fatty acids create the difference- a soft-melt in your mouth texture with flavour that is unequaled.
